This 3-level, 3-bedroom townhouse, is located close to Eastern Beach, an indoor pool, fitness centre, tennis courts, shops and a golf course There is a walking track along the edge of the lake to Central Lakes Entrance Ample parking for a boat and multiple cars with the double lock up garage and driveway is available

Guests staying at The Terrace can prepare a meal in the fully equipped kitchen, which has a microwave, stove top, oven, dishwasher and a full-sized refrigerator There are 2 bathrooms and a powder room 1 bathroom has a bath and a separate shower and the other with just a shower

For your entertainment there is a games room with a billiards table and a large TV In the living room you will find a large flat-screen TV, DVD player and a CD player A split-system heater/air-conditioner is included to heat/cool the living areas and there is a washing machine and a clothes line

Please note that beach towels are not provided Guests will need to bring their own

The property is pet friendly and is best suited to1 small, well behaved dog Please note that the fence line is not secure

Bedroom 1 has a queen-sized bed, Bedroom 2 has 1 queen-sized bed and 1 single-sized bed and Bedroom 3 has 2 single-sized beds
