This well-established property consists of a main block and 1 annex building, set in attractive grounds. The hotel has its own beach, a range of activities to suit most ages, a restaurant, a disco and a couple of bars. Additionally, there is a hairdressing salon and a souvenir shop and guests can make use of the laundry service for an extra fee. Guests are welcomed to the air-conditioned beach hotel in the lobby, which offers a 24-hour reception and a 24-hour check-out service, as well as currency exchange facilities. Younger guests can let off steam in the kids' club and children's playground. Those arriving by car may leave their vehicles in the hotel car park. There are 149 guest rooms in total.

The hotel has a great location overlooking the Aegean Sea and Kos as well as other smaller Greek islands in the distance. The small resort of Turgutreis is just 5 km away where there are some shops and restaurants and a good weekly market. Public transport runs within a few metres of the entrance of the hotel with links to the larger, cosmopolitan resort of Bodrum, 25 km away. Milas airport is approximately 58 km from the hotel.
